Getting to the fairground by tram or car

By tram:
Walk towards the South on Brüsseler Straße until you reach Richard-Wagner-Straße. Take a left until you see the tram station Moltkestraße on your right (you’ll walk for about 5 minutes in all).
Take tram no. 1 towards Brück/ Refrath/ Bensberg until you reach the station Bahnhof Deutz- Messe, Lanxess Arena. This takes about 11 minutes. Now you just have to follow the signs and walk to the fairground, this will take another 5 minutes.

By car:
If there is not a lot of traffic, you can reach the fairground within 10 minutes by car. In the morning and in the early evening when everyone drives to work, it may take up to 30 minutes.
Take Brüsseler Straße to the North and turn right onto Richard-Wagner-Straße. Follow the raod (the name changes twice into Mindener Straße and Opladener Straße).
After about 3.5 kilometres turn left into Deutz-Mühlheimer Straße. Along this street you will find the different fair halls as well as parking spaces.
